Description

This jam is made with cedars grown on the slopes of Etna. Cedars are very large fruits with very little pulp and all the scent is enclosed in the peel. It is important to know that all our jams are produced by working only first choice and freshly picked citrus fruits. There is no addition of thickeners and flavorings, only fresh fruit that releases its aromas with every taste. And with a little brown sugar to make the jam delicate but not cloying in flavor.
