Description

Grappa al Gratacul is born from the distillation of pomace with Gratacul extract, which is a dialect term for dog rose. This grappa is not very sweet but particularly refined, with an excellent aroma and a good alcohol content.

Distillery

The Alpine Herbal Distillery became one of the masters of taste in 2021 and has been producing liqueurs and spirits typical of Piedmont since 1977. Over the years, thanks to the use of different techniques and stills, they have been able to differentiate production wisely, preserving and making the production of historic liqueurs more and more natural.
