The “Monograno” project was born in the fascinating Trentino, which encompasses Valentino’s desire to produce a pasta, using only a single type of wheat from a single mill. Four different varieties to broaden the vocabulary of taste, but with the presence of a common thread, the spring water of the Dolomites. Monograno embraces uncontaminated nature and defends it by guaranteeing a high biological commitment to remain in harmony with the land that hosts it. A fable that has kept its architecture unchanged for four generations, which brings passion and devotion to taste to the table.
