Located in the Pollino National Park, the beautiful village of Castelluccio is a vast heritage of flavors, scents and colors that are found in local products. The company produces cured meats without preservatives following the tradition of Castelluccese, whose processing of raw materials, comes from the careful selection of meat from Lucanian pigs and fed exclusively with natural products. In the production of cured meats, aromas such as Senise PEPPER PGI, wild fennel, are used, eliminating the use of any type of preservative, dye or other additives.
