I Contadini from Ugento prepare the Paté Bomba del Salento with the croissant peppers grown in late May and hand-picked in the autumn. After the maturation carried out in salt, they are minced and prepared with Mediterranean herbs and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. With a bright orange color, thanks to its spiciness it makes any dish lively. The low environmental impact processing includes all the stages up to the packaging done entirely by hand, with the use of traditional techniques that give us the authentic taste of Puglia.
The Paté Bomba del Salento is perfect to try on toasted bread, to accompany tortillas or to make a first course with a slightly spicy sauce.
