Product Information


The olive paté is made with leccine and celline olives typical of Puglia. Harvested in October, they are washed and deamarised in water and salt for 6 months as per the Salento tradition. The olives rewashed to extract the pulp that makes up the paté, which thanks to the two types of olives used is balanced and tasty. The paté is put into pots, obviously using extra virgin olive oil. The low environmental impact processing includes all the stages up to the packaging done entirely by hand, with the use of traditional techniques that give us the authentic taste of Puglia.


The black olive paté is perfect for the preparation of sandwiches and bruschetta. A combination recommended by Mummeta is with Provolone del Monaco Dop.

Out of respect for nature, from harvesting to conservation, they do not use chemical preservatives, respecting the authentic peasant tradition of Salento.
