The black garlic pesto produced through the ripening process from organic garlic and Jerusalem artichoke of Italian origin. The main product of pesto is black garlic obtained through a maturation process that lasts about 60 days. This process takes place naturally and subsequently the peeling, preparation and packaging phases take place by specialized laboratories, which certify its biologicality.
